5. Maintenance and Repairs Tenants must report any needed repairs or maintenance issues as soon as they become aware of them. The management will make necessary repairs within a reasonable time frame.

6. Payment Terms Rent is due on the first day of each month. Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in the individual rental agreements.

7. Security and Privacy The Quarry Apartment Homes takes the security and privacy of its tenants seriously and implements reasonable measures to protect both. Tenants are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their keys and access codes.

8. Termination of Tenancy Tenants may terminate their tenancy as per the conditions outlined in their individual rental agreements. The Quarry Apartment Homes reserves the right to terminate tenancy due to non-compliance with the rental agreement or these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability The Quarry Apartment Homes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the property or services.
