To apply for an apartment at The Quarry Apartment Homes, please follow these steps:

  1. Explore Available Floor Plans: Browse our 2 and 3-bedroom apartment options to find a layout that fits your needs.
  2. Schedule a Tour: Visit our website or contact the leasing office to schedule a personal tour.
  3. Submit an Application: Once you’ve found the right home, click “Apply” next to your preferred floor plan to start your application.
  4. Contact the Leasing Office: For assistance, call (770)981-5450 or visit the Contact Us page.

Our office is located at 421 Meadowood Drive, Lithonia, GA 30038. We’re open Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM.

To be approved, applicants must meet the following criteria:

      • Criminal History: No felonies or misdemeanors
      • Rental History: No evictions within the past 7 years
      • Financial Standing: No outstanding landlord debt; any bankruptcies must be fully discharged

Yes, The Quarry Apartment Homes accepts Section 8 housing vouchers. Prospective residents with vouchers are encouraged to contact the leasing office for availability & eligibility requirements and to begin the application process. In addition to the base rent, the following monthly fees apply:

  • Insurance: $10
  • Water & Sewage: $110 (flat rate)
  • Trash: $32
  • Pest Control: $20

Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly! We welcome both cats and dogs with the following guidelines:

    • Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment
    • Weight Limit: 50lbs per pet
    • Pet Fee: $300 non-refundable fee per pet (one-time)
    • Pet Rent: $35 per month, per pet

Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds may be restricted – please contact the leasing office for details.
